Avoid it by maintaining consistent water intake (for days and months; you must train the body for a long period of time in order to utilize water properly). It takes approximately 45 minutes for 8 oz. of water to be absorbed by the body. A minimum of 32 oz. of water throughout the day is appropriate drinking during training. A maximum of 48-52 oz is plenty.
